• All live shipments are sent via tracked courier services. • Typical delivery time is 1–5 business days within the UK.

  3. Live Arrival Guarantee,

• The guarantee applies only if the package is received on the first delivery attempt. • Customers must provide video proof within 6 hours of delivery for DOA claims.

  4. Weather Delays,

Shipments may be postponed during extreme heat, cold, or unsuitable weather to protect live ants. Customers will be notified of delays.

  5. International Shipping,

At this time, Myrmex.shop only ships within the UK (update if changed). Customers outside the UK are responsible for permits and legal compliance.
