1. Acceptance of Terms,

By using Myrmex.shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

  2. Products,

We sell live queen ants, colonies, and ant-keeping equipment. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, natural variation is expected in live animals.

  3. Live Arrival Guarantee & Refunds,

• Live ants are perishable. We provide a Live Arrival Guarantee only if delivery is accepted on the first attempt. • Customers must contact us within 6 hours of delivery on the same day with video evidence if ants arrive dead (DOA). • If valid, we will first offer a replacement colony. • If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a similar colony of equal value. • If the customer declines a similar colony, a refund will be issued. • Claims made after 6 hours cannot be accepted.

  4. Customer Responsibility,

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase. • It is your responsibility to check and comply with local laws regarding ant keeping. • Ants must not be released into the wild. If disposal is necessary, ants must be humanely frozen for at least 8 hours. • Once ants are in your care, we are not responsible for deaths caused by incorrect housing, feeding, temperature, escapes, or neglect.

   5. Non-Live Goods,

Returns for equipment and accessories are covered under our Refund Policy.

  6. Order Cancellations,

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. After this period, cancellations may incur a 15% restocking fee.

   7. Liability,

Myrmex.shop is not liable for misuse of products, escaped ants, or ecological harm. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

   8. Governing Law,

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
