Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Myrmex

  1. Live Ants (Queen Ants & Colonies),

• Refunds or replacements are only considered if the customer contacts us within 6 hours of delivery on the same day with clear video proof of DOA (Dead on Arrival). • Claims after this period cannot be accepted.

  2. Replacement Process,

• If valid, we will first provide a replacement colony of the same species. • If unavailable, we will provide a similar colony of equal value. • If the customer declines a similar colony, we will issue a refund.

  3. Non-Live Goods (Equipment & Accessories),

• Returns accepted within 7 days if items are unused and in original condition. • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. • Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.

  4. Faulty or Damaged Items,

If equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

  5. Non-Refundable Items,

• Live ants (except valid DOA claims within 6 hours) • Gift cards • Clearance/discounted items

  6. Refund Processing,

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
